Merge Rehabilitation is a Therapist owned company providing In-Home Therapy services to adults in Croton-On-Hudson, NY and Surrounding areas to Restore Strength, Balance & Mobility for Reduced Falls, to Stay Active and Maximize Independence. We specializing in - Balance and Fall Prevention - Stroke Rehabilitation - Parkinson's LSVT Big Program - Pre/Post Hip & Knee Replacement.

Our seasoned therapists have experience working in the outpatient clinic, skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and home care. Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist and LSVT Big Certified clinicians are members of our team. We can assist with acquiring Durable Medical Equipment such as cammodes, walkers/rollators, canes, wheelchairs and hospital beds if appropriate.
