The event, hosted by the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, takes place Sunday, April 26 (11:00 AM–4:00 PM); local businesses invited to sponsor & gain high-visibility community exposure YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, NEW YORK – On April 26th, the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce will host the 2026 Spring Festival & Car Show at the Jefferson Valley Mall. The event will feature over 100 vendors, dozens of classic cars, a beer garden, live music, and kids' activities for the whole family. Each year, the festival has grown in scale and magnitude, making it the must-see seasonal event in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.

“The Spring Festival & Car Show is designed to be a true community day for the entire Hudson Valley. Families can come out, eat at their favorite food truck, shop at local vendors, and admire some classic cars. It’s one of those events that has something for everyone,” said Carole Voisey, Executive Director of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce. “We’re also inviting sponsors and vendors to be part of a highly visible and meaningful event, where they can support small businesses while getting strong exposure in front of a large local audience.”

Sponsorship Opportunities Available

Businesses and organizations are invited to support the Spring Festival & Car Show through a range of sponsorship levels, including:

● Elite Sponsor — $2,500 (top-tier visibility with logo inclusion across event banners and digital promotions, a speaking moment during the event welcome, and a premium vendor booth)

● Legacy Sponsor — $1,000 (logo placement on select signage and Chamber website, social media recognition, premium booth, and verbal recognition from the stage)

● Community Star Sponsor — $500 (name listed on event signage and website, group social shoutout, and standard vendor space)

● Community Standard Sponsor — $250 (name listed on event website, group social shoutout, discounted vendor space available)

Location sponsorships are also available, including:

● Stage Sponsor — $2,000 (includes a custom stage banner)

● Music Sponsor — $1,500

● Decor Sponsor — $750

● Cocktail Sponsor — $1,000 (includes logo on cocktail stirrers)

Local businesses, makers, and nonprofits are encouraged to participate as vendors. Booth pricing is as follows:

● $75 for Nonprofit Single Space

Double Space (10x20):

● $200 for Members

● $250 for Non-members

● $150 for Nonprofits
