Westchester County’s Office for People with Disabilities and Office for Economic Development Diverse Abilities Job Fair

Westchester County’s Office for People with Disabilities and Office for Economic Development will be hosting our 7^th Diverse Abilities Job Fair at the Westchester County Center on October 21, 2025 10am -1pm. All of our job fairs have been successful, drawing hundreds of people with disabilities seeking employment as well as top employers and resource providers in the County.  

If your company is looking to hire now, or in the immediate future, this event will introduce your organization to an untapped pool of potential employees. If you have attended one of our events previously, you know that they draw hundreds of enthusiastic job seekers, advocates, coaches and family members. We do our best to create an atmosphere that is comfortable, provides accommodations and support and is well organized. This event is free to both exhibitors and attendees.

Jobs may be full time, part time, seasonal or temp. This event will draw people with a wide range of abilities and education levels. We want to encourage conversations, interviews, and results.  You will be in good company and will have the chance to interact personally and professionally with attendees.

We will offer the opportunity for one-on-one time slots during THE FIRST HOUR from 10am-11am , and then open it up to other attendees. We are encouraging you to offer one on one interviews to have some quiet time with enthusiastic candidates. If you are providing one-on one time to interested attendees, you will be provided with the names and resumes of applicants ahead of time.

We will also be offering a virtual meeting for all registered exhibitors prior to the event to answer any questions you might have and to further explain logistics for the day. The date for this is TBD and you will be notified once you register.

All exhibitors should RSVP BEFORE October 10th to give ample time to set up the interview slots.
