RN/LPN Facility Staff Nurse

We have part time, full time, and per diem availability for RN/LPN’s. All shifts are available, and we would like to work with you!

We have immediate needs for Facility Staffing, for Private Duty Nursing, and for School Nurse placements.

Requirements:

  • Promote quality of life through nursing care based on the needs of the residents and their individual plan of cares.
  • Provide direct hands-on care to residents including administering medications & treatments per MD Orders.

Qualifications:

  • Current New York State RN or LPN license
  • Minimum (1) year recent and verifiable experience with home care agency
  • Willing to meet with and speak with patients, their family, and their medical professionals to develop, update and maintain proper care plan
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills
  • Prior supervisory experience with field staff, experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management
  • Demonstrated successful track record of working independently

  • Virtual meetings
  • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
