📌 Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer requests for service and fuel delivery
• Listening actively to understand and resolve customer issues
• Coordinating with service, delivery, and credit teams to ensure smooth resolution
• Supporting company growth by identifying and encouraging new sales opportunities
• Managing customer account data, including setting up new accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons (primarily Fall/Winter)
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing experience
• Comfortable learning basic technical concepts (equipment types, tank sizes, fuel types)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong logical thinking, reasoning, and troubleshooting abilities
