THE IMPACT OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES ON FAMILY LAW
Join Legal Services of the Hudson Valley for a training on the intersection between family law and the rights of individuals with mental health issues. This training is designed for non-attorneys, including consumers, advocates, case managers, community activists, and those providing services to low income residents of Westchester County.
This training will address:
· basic custody and visitation
· family offenses and orders of protection
· child support
We will also leave time open for other general questions.
