In this four-week class (February 4, 11, 18, 25) Jian-Yang Rong, Certified Qi-Gong Therapist and Instructor, will guide participants in the art of Qi-Gong through energy and gentle body movement for healing the body, mind, and emotions. Registration begins January 21 via the library's Web site. When registering, it is expected that you will attend all four sessions. The Zoom invitation will be sent out one day prior to each session.
