Join Dr. Joe Schippa, psychologist and contemplative practices teacher, for a recap of his three-part series on Mindfulness Meditation. Participants will be provided with information about the neuroscientific basis of mindfulness and will learn a specific mindfulness technique. Each session will focus on a different mindfulness practice so while it would be most beneficial to attend all three sessions (June 16, July 21, August 25), it is not necessary. Participants should dress comfortably. Registration for Part 3 begins August 11 via the library's Web site.
