Kitchen Cultivars Cider Pairing at Angry Orchard
Chef Shawn Hubbell and Ryan Burk, head cider maker at Angry Orchard, will be teaming up to promote Glynwood Estate's Kitchen Cultivars program highlighting the Long Island Cheese Pumpkin. Cost is $85/person which includes a five course dinner paired with Angry Orchard Ciders. Brief descriptions of how each course is made along with explanations about the pairings will be given.
