You're not just an Account Executive; you're a Client Virtuoso. You keep clients raving and projects rolling. You build relationships as easily as you build marketing strategies. This isn't your grandparent's AE role—this is a hands-on, all-hands-on-deck position.
- Client Maestro: You're the face, the voice, the first DM slide for your client roster.
- Relationship Builder: You know your clients' birthdays, kids' names, and most importantly, their business goals.
- Strategic Guru: You set, implement, and, let's be real, totally rock their marketing strategies.
- Project Shepherd: Oversee and lead projects, keeping them on time and on budget (and sometimes under budget if you're feeling frugal).
- Team Dynamo: Manage and delegate tasks to Marketing Coordinators and other support team members. You’re the captain now.
- Media Aficionado: Negotiate media planning and buying; you know how to get those primo spots.
- Vendor Wrangler: Coordinate with external partners to make sure everything's up to our gold standard.
- Get It Done. We’re a “roll up our sleeves” kind of team, so you may be called upon to write copy, source images, or triage client emergencies.
- Bachelor's or equivalent life experience. We don't discriminate against the school of hard knocks.
- 3-5 years in the marketing/advertising trenches, preferably in an agency setting. No rookies here; bring your A-game.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct B2B account management with a proven track record of account growth. You see client challenges as ripe opportunities for growth.
- A knack for multitasking and hitting deadlines. In other words, if your life was a browser, you'd have 50 tabs open and know what's on each one.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Language is your superpower and you love to use it to will things your way.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Suite, Mac OS, and familiarity with Canva.
- Charisma. Can you sell water to a fish? We want to talk.
- A passion for our core verticals: Recreational Cannabis, Restaurant + Hospitality, Adult Beverage, Professional Services, and Health and Wellness. If you speak the lingo, you're halfway there.
- Entreprenurial spirit. You love to collaborate, but when the buck stops with you, you're not afraid to be a self-starter who gets things done independently.
- HubSpot Fandom. You're a lover of HubSpot and can prove it through advanced certifications and platform expertise.
