Night Auditor & Guest Service Agent We’re looking for a Night Auditor and a Guest Service Agent.
Night Auditor Job Description
The Night Auditor will assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks. You will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks Reconcile accounts Balance the cash drawer and log receipts Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts Keep accurate financial records and ledgers Help prepare for forecasts and audits Skills Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry Experience with accounting and facilities management software Excellent math skills An eye for detail Good problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work overnight. Must be 18 years old or older. 

Front Desk Agent Job Description

3pm-11pm shift MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS FT & PT Positions available ASAP
A front desk agent is responsible for checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has an enjoyable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls. They also have to store any luggage as needed by guests. Some of the jobs titles that a front desk agent could grow into are hotel manager and general manager. A front desk agent does not need any experience but should have a high school degree or GED equivalent. One of the most important skills that a front desk agent will have is attention to detail. Another skill is organization as the front desk agent will have to keep track of guests and their requests.
