Inducted this year into the New York Blues Hall of Fame, Jason Green toured for years with blues legend Big Jack Johnson and played the 2001 WC Handy Blues Awards sharing the stage with Kim Wilson from the Fabulous Thunderbirds, the New Orleans Jazz Festival, the Chicago Blues Festival, the King Biscuit Blues Festival, and the San Francisco Blues Festival, among others. He is a member of the prestigious Music Under NY program and has recently backed such performers such as Luther Kent, Cornell Dupree, Joey McIntyre, Robert Lockwood Jr., Eddie Shaw and many more. Jason Green and the Labor of Love is a guitar driven trio whose diverse style includes jazz, blues, western swing, Latin and bluegrass.
