Jazz with the Billy Carrion Jr. Trio

Billy Carrión Jr.?s acoustic trio ensemble consist of Roberta Piket on Piano, (Billy Hart, Rufus Reid, Billy Mintz, DonnyMcCaslin) and Jonathon Peretz on Drums (Alvin Ailey, Blood, Sweat, And Tears) and Billy Carrion Jr on bass. The will release an acoustic album of originals material in 2018. Billy was born in Brooklyn and was raised between Puerto Rico and New York. He has been a performer/producer/director for the last 18+ years, working with people such as Quincy Jones, Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, Giovanni Hidalgo, Robby Ameen, Henry Cole, United Nation, Tom Vella and The Wayside, Last Perfect Thing, Victor Manuelle, Tim Gilles, to name a few. He has also performed at festivals and venues including the Caramoor Jazz Festival, Chick Corea Jazz Festival, Toro Y Salsa, River to River Fest, 92nd St Y, Chris? Jazz Cafe, Symphony Space, Queens Town Hall, Mayne Stage, Anthropology, among others.
