Citron melons- and the delicious jam made from them- were a springtime staple in 19th century New York. Join us in making your own take-home fresh citron melon jam and learning other seed crafts. Part of our Harvesting History Family Workshop Series- Join us in educational and fun nature- and garden-based activities open to ages 8 to 108! Workshops begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Clermont Cottage.
