This is a donation based class and all proceeds will go to VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System and Veterans Yoga Project. At the end of the class\, join us for a sweet treat\, Yogi Tea and a raffle for free yoga\, reiki sessions\, other healing services & a basket of goodies from the Devotion Yoga Boutique. Give back to those who gave so much to us. Come out and show your love for the Vets!!
