DESCRIPTION:Ed Croft\, a Peekskill native\, started his career playing in the New York City subways with famed blues musician Carolina Slim. From there\, he played locally with his rockabilly band\, The Moonshiners and went on to pursue a BA in Music Education from SUNY Fredonia. There he performed and studied with local legends such as Tom Gestwicki\, John Bacon\, Bruce Johnstone\, in an orchestra concert with Yo Yo Ma\, and more.
